SUNSORT exports to over 50 countries, including North America, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Factory 1: Elastic Foam Factory
Located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The factory spans 12,000 square meters and employs over 100 staff. It is equipped with 3 sponge foaming production lines, 10 cutting machines, 4 testing instruments, and 6 automatic packaging machines. With an annual output of 4,000 tons, the factory meets high production demands while adhering to international standards. The factory holds key industry certifications, including ISO 9001, CertiPUR-US, and has passed BSCI audits.
Factory 2: Home Textile Factory
Located in Jiande City, Zhejiang Province. This factory spans 40,000 square meters and employs over 400 staff. It specializes in the production of home textiles such as weighted blankets, hoodie blankets, electric heated blankets, and bedding products. With a comprehensive production process and a fully equipped logistics center, the factory has a daily output of 10,000 weighted blankets, 3,000 electric heated blankets, and 3,000 quilts. In 2023, its total output value reached ¥160 million, reflecting its key role in Sunsort's ability to deliver high-quality products to the market.
Factory 3: Tatami Mat Factory
Located in Taizhou, Zhejiang. The production base covers 28,000 square meters and employs over 200 people. It operates 23 edge-seaming lines, 4 composite machines, 12 cutting units, 5 testing instruments, and 6 automated vacuum packaging machines, with a total equipment investment exceeding ¥7 million. The factory specializes in the full production process of Memory Foam Tatami Mats, with a monthly capacity of over 30,000 units. Certified with OEKO-TEX, BSCI, CPC, and ISO 9001, the facility ensures high-quality, safe, production standards.
